Biography
Barrister Ogungbemi Cosmas Omotayo was born on April 3, 1976, in Igbodigo, Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State. He is a Christian and is married. Barrister Omotayo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Nigerian Law School, which he obtained in May 2007, and a Bachelor of Laws (B.L) degree from the University of Benin, awarded in 2002/2003. He completed his secondary education at Methodist High School, Okitipupa, in May/June 1995, and his primary education at St. Raphael Primary School, Okitipupa, in 1984.
